SCD Kaleidoscope is a new type of worldwide event for Scottish Country Dancing enthusiasts. It consists of presentations, discussions and dancing covering many different aspects related to Scottish Country Dancing. It will allow time for informal networking with dancers, teachers and musicians from around the world.
SCD Kaleidoscope 1 will take place at the Hotel Holiday Inn Thoiry near Geneva, Switzerland, on 3-5 July 2009.
There is a draft programme available, as well as a tentative list of speakers/facilitators.
The conference registration fee will be €55 (including a dance on Saturday night), and accommodation and meals (with wine) in a twin room will be €255 per person. (All prices are subject to confirmation but are unlikely to change a lot.)
