List of Session Speakers/Contributors

Would you like to share your views (conventional or controversial) about SCD, do you have a special area of interest or expertise from which you think others might benefit? Then we want to hear from you.

Here (as of June 2009) are some of the people who have expressed an interest in taking an active part in the event, either by presenting a session or taking part in a panel discussion at the conference, or by submitting a paper for inclusion in the proceedings.
